Active Directory Users migration - Problem with enrolled iPhone

Hi Everybody,

In my company, we are working on active directory users migration.

When we check on Airwatch WorkSpace one UEM, we can see the domain and distinguished name of the old users account.

Do you know if we have the possibility to change Domain and DistinguishedName for migrated users.

The goal of my question is to avoid to wipe 1000 iPhone.

We worked with VMware Support on this last year.  The only way is to do an update command to the AirWatch SQL DB.

You have to update 4 records in the mobileManagement.enrollmentuser table.  (domain, UserPrincipleName, EnrollmentUserDN, and EnrollmentUserDNtrimmed)

It's quiet good, we just an error with the old SamAccountName (user change domain and account with new Sam).

Do you have an idea about the DB field about SamAccountName ?

we have same issue. We try to move a user to another domain. we like that his device stay in console for him

Did we ever get a solid path for this?  Sounds like the thread may have gone cold but thought I'd try.  

Also was the idea being looked at here to rename the existing user to a user in the new domain?  Think it's a new domain being discussed.  If so does the new domain need to somehow be added to the existing directory services OG?
