vSphere ESX Agent Manager issue-Communicating with EsxAgentManager Error

Hi everyone,

I have 3 Cluster deploy Agentless antivirus.the Cluster03 was filed.

When I try resolve GI agent,it was filed,sea "Communicating with EsxAgentManager Error",and the EAM Status "Staring".

and the vCenter Server Extensions --vSphere ESX Agent Manager--configure ---ESX Agencies empty, but the other cluster normal running.

in the vcsa shell ,the vmware-eam service is running

I am trying Restarting VCSA /NSX MGMT/ vmware-eam service

How can I fix it ?

The NSX version is 6.4.6 .

I remove old nsx manager and deployed an new nsx manager fix it .

Hey !

Please let me know the version of NSX you are using , If its less than 6.4.5 , it might because of nsx manager having old job running (something still stuck in getting updated in NSX DB).

Reboot of  NSX manager should solve this .
