Activesync Office365 Profile issue

Hi All

Im trying to push out an Exchange ActiveSync Profile. The customer wants to use the Native IOS Mail app.

Im trying to push the username to be the email address variable. This does not push to the device.

If I Remove it from the username, then it does push to the device but only prompts for the password and I can not edit it in the settings. Its greyed out except for Password.

Im stumped on what I am doing wrong. Has anyone got some ideas please?

Try {EnrollmentUser} for the Username field and see if it works.

Yes that pushes out which is good. However, isnt the user account the users email address for Office 365?

Sounds good. I wouldn't be surprised the VMware KB was at fault. Did you find anything different from Microsoft KB?

No my setup was exactly the same as that.

I have received notification that VMware support is investigating it now.
