NSX-T 3.0- Tier 0 - external interface - VLAN issue

hi,

I am new to VMware NSX-T.  we are trying to set up the single ESXi host NSX-T 3.0 setup. we are getting the below error while setting up the Tier 0 gateway.

Error :

The vlan-ids:0 of attaching LS conflicts with another VLAN sharing same underlying Physical devices

is your overlay and transit network using same VLAN-ID ? You should correct that , or use unique NVDS for Overlay&Edge and connect to the respective portgroup.

thanks for the answer, we created two NVDS  in the edge transport node. one for Overlay and another for VLAN uplink. this solved the issue.

I ran into the same issues, is there any screen shot for how to connect to respective portgroup? suppose i was using the same interface and vlan ... is that possible?

I have created two nVDS, one for overlay and other one for VLAN then NSX allowed me to use same vlan for external uplink but when I created an overlay segment and assign it to a VM, tunnel goes down. Can you please help?
