Fusion doesn't run any VM

Hi

Any VM I create I get an error:

Could not open /dev/vmmon: Broken pipe.

Please make sure that the kernel module `vmmon' is loaded.

After is this one:

Failed to initialize monitor device.

And after is this:

Transport (VMDB) error -14: Pipe connection has been broken

I have removed and installed again but always the same error.

Other VM software runs.

I have macOS Catalia 10.15.6 on an 2016 MacBook Pro 13

How can I fix this?

Maybe one of these will help:
