Kindly do at least one Google search in the future before posting. You would have found this: https://kb.vmware.com/s/article/1012382

Dear Daphni.

I know google will give you the solution for everything but there is no harm to post it over the forum if VMware provide such a nice platform.

Actually its considered good edicit to do your research first, there are many links about this online

https://www.business.com/articles/how-to-post-online-forum-etiquette/

"Search online before you ask the online forum

People don't like answering the same question multiple times. If you have a general question, search the forum for that question before you create a thread. Your question may have already been answered thoroughly in a previous conversation. Many questions on forums get ignored simply because they are repetitive. In online culture, you get what you put in; if you don't take the time to read through previous topics, posters won't take the time to answer your questions.

Searching before you post a question also applies to acronyms, internet slang and references to things. If you don't know what YMMV or IME mean that's fine, but if everyone asked a forum member whenever they came across an unfamiliar term, then every online forum would be filled with basic questions and answers and not lively discussions. If you don't know what something means, Google it! If you can't find the answer through an internet search engine, then it is OK to ask for clarification"

Its basically what is said in that quote, the people who answer often aren't always vmware employees and they are taking there time out of there day to answer your questions. Its also listed in the guidelines here as well

"

Search the forums

Before you post a question, please be sure that you've read the release  notes, the FAQ, searched the forums, and searched the internet.  You  might find the answer is readily available!

Searching first gets you the answer faster and keeps the forums less cluttered, making it easier to find things in the future."
