Skyline email - 30 days since, but not true?

I got the email below that indicated it has been more than 30 days since last login, but I know I was there within the last 7 days if not less (I was there some time last week).

Is there some logic that went wrong, or do I have multiple accounts or something?

I just got a confirmation that the email notification sent to you was accurate. Did you specifically login to Skyline Advisor in the last 30 days or was it any other service on our Cloud?

Hi,

I login weekly or so, and when I read the alert (Monday after the weekend) I was confused, since I had logged in the week before (someone had asked about our mitigating one of the CVE's, so I checked).

I got the email on 2020-07-10@22:15

I last logged in to skyline advisor on 2020-07-10@12:50 (+/- 20 minutes).

So I assert that I was logged into https://skyline.vmware.com/advisor within the 30 day period.  I only have skyline advisor and collector enabled in the cloud services portal.
