SRM Recovery Plan Failing RHEL6 - VMtools issue?

SRM Version 8.2.0, Build 14761905

RHEL 6.0

Recovery job is failing and unfortunately VMware support has not provided a solution. VMtools 10.3.21 running on guest. Confirmed that VGAuthService  is running on RHEL6 guests. Hoping someone can help solve this mystery. Thank you.

I would suggest you to please reinstall VMTools and then try it will work.

If the issue persists, please check this log file from recovered VM - /var/log/vmware-imc/toolsDeployPkg.log. Attach it here if possible
