monitor_control.restrict_backdoor LINUX

I'm adding the command monitor_control.restrict_backdoor = "TRUE" in linux but the screen is all black when starting the system. In Windows it works correctly.

Does anyone know why it doesn't work on Linux?

What does that parameter has to do with a black screen ?

Please explain what you exped that parameter to do

When I add the parameter the system does not start, a black screen remains. If you remove the parameter, the system starts normally.

I'm using this parameter because of software that is being blocked inside the virtual machine.

This same parameter used in Windows works normally and solves the software problem, but I need it used in Linux.

I see ...

Please attach 2 vmware.logs to your next.

One from a start without that parameter.

One from a start with that parameter.

A black screen is unexpected with that parameter so I would like to look into it
