How to syncronize vm machines time with ESXi server time

Is there any way to syncronize the VM's time with the ESXi time?

If you enable the NTP client in the host, then it becomes a time source for you to point the NTP client within the guest OS to.

If you don't have an NTP client built into your guest OS then you can synchronise time via the NTP client built into VMware tools.

It would be a bad idea to have an NTP client AND VMware tools NTP client to both be enabled.
