How to use RVTools exported VDS details on NSX-T for creating Logical segments?

Is there any scripted way to create logical segments on NSX-T post referring to an existing RV tools (fetch dvs port groups, vlan info etc) use this information and create a corresponding logical segments on the NVDS (with associated transport zone)? this request is for customer has a huge set of port groups and creating corresponding logical segments on NSXT NVDS is a lengthy task, any guidance would be a great help.

I'm sure you could script it, but that would be a totally custom script which you would have to write.
