Active Directory Root certificate installation on Fully Managed Android Enterprise devices

We are having a customer who has a domain signed Webserver configured for internal use only. Of course for Windows domain joined workstations, this is not an issue because they trust the domain root certificate. I got a .cer and a .p7b certificate file which I need to install on fully managed Android Enterprise devices. I can't find the option in WorkspaceOne.

I tried to do it via a Credential profile which installs fine on the devices, but when we try to access the webserver via Chrome, we still get a certificate error. Are there any more options in WS1 in order to push the certificate onto (Samsung) Android devices?

Installing the .cer file on the device manually works fine by the way.

It works via the Credentials Payload but only in COPE mode or Fully Managed Android Enterprise.
