Migrate existing collectors action not available when migrating Skyline deployment from My VMware to Cloud Services

Im following through the KB article to VMware Knowledge Base.​ At point 8 in the process I have four existing collectors, but I do not have the migrate option in the actions menus for any of the existing collectors, only de-register which is not available for selection.

Accessing Skyline Advisor Application  throws an error "There is no account associated with your email Id.". There is a linked Support Entitlement.

Welcome to VMware communities !

The steps explained in the KB article is standard the process to migrate Skyline collector from MYVMware to Cloud services.

You might be unable to see the information on the wizard due to back-end data mismatch. It also takes up to 48 hours for the 'de-register' option to be available after the Skyline collector is offline.

Please provide your account details using Smartsheet Forms​ to help us investigate the issue in the back-end.
