Vsphere couldn't connect to ESXI Host

Hello,

I'm getting an error while connecting to ESXI server through Vsphere client.

"An unknown connection error occurred (the client couldn't send complete request to the server

(the underlying connection was closed : an unexpected error occurred on send)"

i tried to restart vpxa service , but didn't work.

Vsphere client 6.0

ESXI VMware vSphere 6 Enterprise Plus

The vpxa is the vCenter agent which sends data to a vCenter Server and doesnt comes into the game when connected directly to the Host with a Client.

If restarting any one service would resolve this, it would be hostd rather than vpxa (which is used only by vCenter Server)

Please also be aware that 6.0 is out of support now, only 6.5 and later are supported.

Are you sure about the version compatibility between the ESXi host and your vSphere client that you tried to connect via that ?! Check you should have access to the following URL:

https://esxi_IP_addr/ui

Don't be hurry to upgrade the host. However, your current vSphere version is not supported and you should do it ASAP but not only for fixing this problem!

I'm using vSpere 6.7 and have this problem too.

I tried to restart vpxa, hostd services and service.sh, but didn't work.

UI on host does't work.

I can't open any logs.

But VM's are still working.
