I am New to CHEF automation integration to VMware vcenter 6.7.

Can you try to guide me some on the right path. I need to test CHEF on my On-Prime environment . Below are the my requirement's.

I think you're going to be better served by searching on the Internet and/or posting on Chef-specific forums and user groups. There is no doubt a ton of material out there for integrating with vSphere, probably starting here.
