You have a routing or MTU issue between the network on which your host transport nodes sit and your edge transport nodes. Time for basic network troubleshooting. Second most common problem is the edge uplink profile has the wrong VLAN specified. Since these are edge VMs and a port group must exist inside vCenter, if that port group is tagged the profile should be VLAN ID 0.

all my environment is in one Host,

i dont have MTU problem because as i said before i check vmkping with small size but cant reach to destination, and my uplink profile set with vlan ID 0.

so maybe i have route problem, but i dont know how can i understand it.

i have ping between my edge nodes. but i cant ping esxi.

i check my esxi host and found that it has ip from my tep profile.

Is your ESXi host TEP on a different VLAN than your Edge VM TEP?
