Windows Guest App Windows Issues in Unity on Mac Host

I'm using Fusion Pro 11.5.3 (15870345) on a MacBookPro Catalina 10.15.4 running a Win10 (1809) guest with 4 processor cores and 8G of RAM ( basically splitting the MacBooks resources down the middle ).

Looking for a little help in first, finding out why when I open an app in the guest, the Windows task bar shows the app is open but does not appear on any of the available screens; and second, how to correct this from continuing to happen. There is no joy in switching to single window mode and then back to unity, only to have to rearrange all of the app windows again.

Hoping a bump here will draw some more attention to this as it has gotten increasingly worse as of late...
