I have started a trial of Workspace One for my company and all the setup was going well until I got to setting up the email domain for auto-enrollment. After doing some digging and reading a couple KB I have found the issues the problem being is I cant find how to fix it and I am not able to make a support ticket or call support. The issue boils down to my company used air watch until about 5 years ago right about the time I came about the servers where deleted by the server admin at the time and the passwords removed from our password database so I do not have a way to go back in to that server and remove the email domain. Do I have any options?
Thanks,
Patrick
Patrick,
Can you please provide the domain name? If you don't want to post it here you can email me directly at rdeane@vmware.com.
Roger
You can also go to the following URL to determine if the domain is already registered and where it is pointing to.
https://discovery.awmdm.com/Autodiscovery/awcredentials.aws/v2/domainlookup/domain/{your domain}
If I wanted to see where vmware.com was registered I would do the following:
https://discovery.awmdm.com/Autodiscovery/awcredentials.aws/v2/domainlookup/domain/vmware.com

After more investigating, we found that you need to call support or create a support ticket. There is an internal tool that the support team has access to that can change or delete an entry in the AutoDiscovery database.

I have tried to create a support ticket but since we are in a trial I am unable to create support tickets. I was told I need to contact sales. I did contact them but I have not heard back from them after a more than a week.
OK, please send me your URL. I will pass it on to Sales Engineers or Sales to get this fixed.

I never knew about this. Thanks for sharing Roger.
