NSX T Virtual IP HTTP failure

Hi All

I'm trying to set Virtual IP on NSX T managment cluster but it keeps failing with error :

May 28, 2020, 2:45:12 AM : Http failure response for https://10.0.0.56/api/v1/cluster/api-virtual-ip?action=set_virtual_ip&ip_address=10.0.0.58: 503 OK

Error message: The Manager service is currently unavailable to service this request. (Error code: 36425)

Cluster status stable (all green). Checked each controller and services are running, did try to reboot all controllers as well but no joy. Any idea how to fix that issue?

Look at logs on that manager to see what they say.
