Did you mean 3V0-623 and 3V0-624? (rather than 2V0)

If so, they are for different certifications:

623 was the exam for VCAP6-DCV Deploy

624 is the for VCAP6.5-DCV Design

So if it is Deploy that you want to do, the current exam option is 3V0-21.18 on vSphere 6.5, with 3V0-22.19 on vSphere 6.7 to be released soon: VMware Certified Advanced Professional — Data Center Virtualization Deploy 2019

However, it's Design you want to do, that is currently the 3V0-624 exam: VMware Certified Advanced Professional — Data Center Virtualization Design 2020

Make sure you meet the other requirements (VCP-DCV 2019 or VCP-DCV 2020) as mentioned on the above pages.

OK, so you can choose the path for “VCAP6-DCV Deploy” on the page I linked to: VMware Certified Advanced Professional — Data Center Virtualization Design 2020
