Recreate Connection vROPS8.0.1.15331180 / Vcenter 6.7.0. Build 15129973 ?

Hi all,

I am having some trouble with vCenter and vROPS and I am unable to fix this at the moment, so I need some help 🙂

I have a working vROPS and I can work with it, it collects data from the Vcenter, so the account / connection seems to be correct.

But if i navigate through the vCenter ( Menu -> vRealize Opeartions ) , I am getting no content. The Output is displaying the blue/grey circle, which suggests,

that vcenter is loading some content from vROPS

Can anyone help me with this? Is there a way to "reset" the connection ?

Hi,

You could try to disable the plugin. That should remove it from the menu after you log out and login again. Re-enable it later on, and perhaps you should be able to configure it again.

In vCenter go to:

Administration > Client Plug-Ins.
