Looking for "at" command

It seems that the "at" command is not available in esxi commandline terminal.

What should I do then?

ESXi is not Linux, you can't expect them to have the same set of commands.

I am talking about this command

https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/At_(command)

On my centos, I have that, but ESX has no such command.

What are you trying to get your host to do?

I want to execute some power offoff commands at specific dates. The purpose is to remove expired accounts basically and return them back once the user requests.

Look at remote execution script options such as PowerCLI.
