Delayed/Duplicated ENS notifications

Is anyone currently experiencing a delay or duplication of ENS (APNs) Boxer notifications?  Something seems to be going on where many (or all) of our users are seeing strange behavior with New Email Alert notifications on their iOS devices.

VMware confirmed that there was an issue with their ENS infrastructure on Tuesday.  They said everything has been resolved now.

I've been noticing issues with our ENS server and Boxer notifications. This morning we weren't getting any notifications. I rebooted our ENS server, and the AirWatch Resubscription Mechanism service literally took over an hour to fully start. It was showing "Starting" for this length of time. I was noticing delayed Boxer notifications during this time.

This was the exact same issue we were seeing yesterday also.  The re-subscription service would not start at all and had some errors in the logs about not being bale to contact cns.awmdm.com.  Magically it is working today.  I did open a ticket with VMware yesterday and sent them our ENS logs.  Not sure we will ever know what the issue was but something was not working or in a degraded state with regards to email notifications.
