VM in Workstation unable to communicate with host

I have several VMs within Workstation that are unable to communicate with the host and vise versa. I confirmed that the Windows 10 host has the firewall turned off and VMs are bridged to local network and receive an IP from my DHCP server.

Since I don't understand what exactly you mean by "not communicating", please describe what you are trying to accomplish in more detail.

First, I'd ensure that basic communication is working. If for example you can you share host disks/folders and map them into the guest, then basic networking is working correctly.
