Error Code: "vmmon: broken pipe"

I am running MacOS 10.15.4 on my Mac Pro 2013.  64Gb of RAM.  Trying to run Fusion Pro 11.5.3.  When I try to start Fusion Pro to run my Boot Camp Windows 10, I get the following error and it won't load.  Don't have a clue what it means:

Hi,

First thing to try is to reboot your host.

If that doesn't help, then make sure that VMware does not show up in the security panel.

(apple menu -> system preferences -> security & privacy -> at the bottom of the general tab )

If it does show up there, then do grant it permissions to run.
