SSO for Intelligent Hub

Hello all,

I'm wondering if is possible to avoid entering my login and password when I first open the Intelligent Hub app? In our environment we use the Identity Manager solution. In vIDM there is Active Directory configured. Now when I open Intelligent Hub I see identity manager page and need to put my login and password to get access to own company content. Is possible SSO for intelligent Hub? Do you know how to do this? Source of Authentication for Intelligent Hub is IDENTITY MANAGER.

If you're not enrolling with hub, where would your SSO come from? SSO requires a ' single'  sign on to be enabled.

We are enrolling devices using DEP. User need to enter AD credentials. Then we want to automatically login user into Intelligent hub. Is it possible?

It's probably because vIDM does not know the device is enrolled. If the source was WS1 it would be configured automatically. DEP is authenticating against WS1, then the hub reads it should get authentication from vIDM (based on the config) and thus asks for you to sign on since it has not been signed onto vIDM yet. That's how I see it.

Yes. You will need to configure SSO auth on VIDM. You would also need to configure an SSO profile for both OS.
