Adding vROps to Skyline Error

My customer is trying to add vROps to the Skyline Collector. He was able to add only their POC instance but he is not able to add their Production instance. The service account he is using is a vROps admin account, and he has restarted the collectors but error persists. Error reads: Endpoint test failed: The provided username/password or token is not valid. Obviously, he has verified that the username and password are valid, but I think the problem with the token - Please need your assistance. Thank you.

Hello,

Thank you for sharing the screenshot. Please try the below steps and update the status.

Capture1.PNG

1 The user name has been updated with the domain name on the configuration page, please update just the user name without domain name (remove @domain.com).

2 If the issue persists please update user name as 'admin' (for testing purpose) and try to configure.

3 If 'admin' works fine, please create a new user name for vRops and reconfigure it in Skyline.
