I have Update  Patch VMware-vCenter-Server-Appliance-6.7.0.44000-16046470-patch-FP.iso ,then vsphere client html5 open very slow ,After entering the user name, keep rotating! How to solve it?

Just to confirm, did you delete the browser cache after running the update?

The browser cache is used to optimize the user experience by caching content, i.e., not always requesting it from the server.

This can lead to situations. where a browser uses cached data rather than (re)-loading new content (as in this case) from the server, especially if the new content is stored in files with the same names.
