Word - unable to see saved file

I have strange issue:

When i open word file from Email/One drive and save it locally (to Downloads folder) i can't see that file after Word is closed

However, Word can see that file and can open it, I couldn't find where this file is saved. I have Download folder on "private" profile on phone, but that folder is also empty

Hi,

Are you talking iOS or Android devices ?

By default, O365 products on iOS will place the files into the "Files" Application and create a subfolder for each.

Makes sure that you have your profiles on check in Azure Active Directory where you would put the limitations of the product (save only to ...)

Unless you don't deal with the restrictions in O365 iOS in that case, the files should be able to save in Files/Downloads folder and then be exported wherever you want.

Android device-Corporate Owned personally enabled, word can save files and also can open it, but file can only be seen with Word application, when you manually open location, it's empty
