VMware NAT Service not running after port forwarding

Whenever I add a port forward in Virtual Network Editor, VMware NAT Service stops and I get no connection on any VM, as soon as I remove the port forward it works fine again.

If I try to manually start the service, I get error 1607.

Help would be great!

Let's start with the basic info.    Host OS/version?  Workstation version?  Guest OS(s)?

Host: Windows 10

Workstation: 15.5.2

Guest: All guests have same problem, but using windows 7 mostly

This smells like a syntax error in programmdata\vmware\vmnetnat.conf.

Compare a healthy one with your modified version that fails.
