What's the difference between UDLR and DLR?

Hi,

I'm researching about how NSX works and I've seen that many times the Universal Distributed Logical Router concept is mixed with Distributed Logical Router but I'm not able to see the difference. I guess both services are for providing routing. Is there any difference?

Thanks

So if you are in the context of NSX-V, UDLR is Universal so DRL and UDRL is basically the same just difference that UDRL is and instance of DRL universal poryected between lets say two NSX Manager instances. so this is used when you enable the pairing of NSx-Managers in xVC NSX mode.

I would recomend this one: https://www.vmware.com/content/dam/digitalmarketing/vmware/en/pdf/products/nsx/vmware-multi-site-sol...

From page 41 starts talking about cross region and all the components.

Cheers

One thing about that. In the standard model of Cloud Foundation, if there are few workload domains attached to the same DLR then, would it be a UDLR?
