Check this blogpost:

It mentioned the following:
After October 15, 2018, existing vSphere with Operations Management Enterprise Plus licenses will be fulfilled to VMware vSphere Enterprise Plus and VMware vRealize Operations Standard.
Hi,
You have vrops enterprise license, nsx is standard, do you understand correctly.
If so, I recommend you to take a look at the guide below.
Refer to the VMware Product Interoperability Matrix for all VMware Management Packs supported with vRealize Operations Manager 8.1.
The 3rd party authored Management Packs that are supported with 8.1 are listed in the VMware Compatibility Guide.
i cant get you ... i have NSX-T enterprise plus license
what is the solution ?
Which NSX-T Management Pack did you installed in vROps?
Please show a screenshot of configuration of the NSX-T solution adapter in vROps.
i used vRops Managment pack for NSX 2.2 and i download it from this link https://marketplace.vmware.com/vsx/solutions/vmware-vrealize-operations-management-pack-for-nsx-t?re...
Your license for vROps is Standard and that does not support the NSX-T Adapter. As you can see in the message in screenshot. This adapter is only supported with vROps Advanced or Enterprise Editions.
Upgrade your license, once done stop and restart the NSX-T adapter.
that is my problem because my vRops License is Enterprise Plus too.
Can you check the license key in vROps?
There you will find the correct information about the license.
i check it again and it is "VMware vSphere with Operations Management Enterprise Plus for vRealize Operations "
