Teradici PCoIP with RDS 2019 Server, wrong Resolution

I have the problem on all of our Zero Clients (tera2) with an external monitor that the resolution is displayed incorrectly when connecting to an RDS server.
Connection to the VDI linked clone works fine.

The resolution on the login screen is 1680x1050, after log on to the RDS server it jumps to 1024x768.

When using the Windows Horizon software, the resolution to RDS is correct, only the Teradici Zero Client is not correct.

This behavior is over DVI port. When using the VGA port, the screen is black and shows "source signal on other port"

Do you have an idea?

We have same problem. Zero Client (Wyse / Teradici 5.5.1) on RDSH Server (WS2016) and DVI Display. 

Only 1024*768 fixed resolution work otherwise we have an "Signal on other source" display on screen. 

Do you solved your problem?
