Since a few weeks we have some issues with our OneDrive sync on our VDI. It seems to be related to the NSX driver vsepflt.sys.
Long story short:
OS W2K19, OneDrive client, sync hangs making onedrive unusable, onedrive.exe hangs preventing users to even log off.
Deactivated Trend Micro Deep Security: OneDrive works fine!
Finally found this post: OneDrive freezes Explorer talking about the same issue, but with Kaspersky AV, so it seems to be AV independent.
Tried with VMware tools 10.3.5 and 11.0.5 (11.0.6 was just released, but contains the same vsepflt.sys version as 11.0.5, so not tested)
Anybody else having this issues? (or even better, have a solution?)
Uninstalling the NSX drivers is not an option! 😞
