Hi Dormelchen2,
I am curious to know if you're still facing this issue.
Hello evfernandez
curious - i logged in today -
configured - healthy ... everything ok..
strange
I have the same thing. And I have confirmed the credentials and permissions.
any other suggestions?
Hello BKeadle
Please update the vCenter credentials on Skyline Collector, it should point out any underlying issues.
The inventory in Skyline Advisor is updated every 12-18 hours, hence wait for a day to see the message cleared.
yes, I've done that.
I do get a warning about the certificate "not valid due to error "Untrusted, possible self-signed certificate", but then allows "Press CONTINUE if you would like to proceed updating the vCenter with invalid certificate", which I do, and I get a green banner confirmation saying "Your new vCenter Server has been configured successfully"
Hello BKeadle
Do you see any alert on the collector page? Can you share an Screenshot?
