Hi,  Check following things.

1) Make sure there is no backup running, remove the node from the policy and delete the node from ARCserve Central Applications Host-Based VM.

2) Delete any existing snapshot for the Virtual Machine

3) Disable Changed Block Tracking (CBT) on virtual machine, refer the below VMware KB for detailed steps:

http://kb.vmware.com/selfservice/microsites/search.do?language=en_US&cmd=displayKC&externalId=102012...

3) If the problem still persist , you can remove the Virtual Machine from inventory of vCenter and add it back. Refer the below VMware KB for detailed steps:

http://kb.vmware.com/selfservice/microsites/search.do?language=en_US&cmd=displayKC&externalId=200895...

NKS Please Mark Helpful/correct if my answer resolve your query.
