ELO Display Driver

Hi everyone.

Community, I need your help. I'm deploying a pilot, with horizon 7 and ELO Display  Touchscreen  monitor. Model ET1509L-8UWA-0-G the touch screen is working how ever is not reconizig the driver of the equipment so all the functions are not available  we are using a DELL wise thin client 3040.  The display connect with a drivers using an USB cable.

Any Idea in how to get this thing working.

Are these non persistent desktops, you may need to install the drive software in the parent image for it to work correctly.

I did install the driver on the parent imagen.. but  the driver does not recognice the usb connection between the screen and the thin client.  any Idea what can I do ?

Has anyone use an ELO touch Screen and a wyse terminal 3030lt. ? Still with the same issue.

In my experience, all the display related issues are resolved from the Dell Wyse end.

Hi,

I Did open a support case with dell and they force the redirect case for the USB connection and now I can see the display on the device  manager of the VDI. How ever I need to power cicle the monitor in order to have the monitor working.  I will open a support case on vmware. but if you have any idea of how to fix this I will be glad to take the advice.

While we're not using the same thin client, the 10Zig 5848 series works out of the box for us with ELO touchscreens.  It's treated like any other input device and meets our needs.
