but if we downgrade to vmwaretool to version 10.X, no issues. Our  IT is using ESXI,6.* to create the windows server 2019 environment for us.

VMwaretools 11.0.5 using that the tools version is not yet bundled with ESXi. It's indicating the compatibility issue. Can you please confirm which esxi version using in the environment.

Hi Nawals,

Our IT is using ESXI 6.7 for creating vms.

Thanks Nawals, we will try with 11.0.1, also previously, we downgrade the vmtools to 10.*, docker run time is working.

may i ask is there any security patch between 11.0.1 to 11.0.5, to me the issue was from lsass.exe which is authentication related.

Okay. Looks like version 11.0.1 is not compatible with docker runtime. I would suggest to raise case with VMware support they may look this issue.

A new update of the VMware tools, released today, (11.0.6) fixed a 64 Bits application crash.
Tested on my lab solved the issue of docker/vm crashing with vmcompute.exe which previously was crashing every 30 minutes.
