As per the description, we understand that you are unable to login to the Skyline UI (https://skylineip) using the Admin User.
We see that the collector is not upgraded to the latest version which is 18.104.22.168 and the collector version that you are running is on Skyline 22.214.171.124 build 14617436
Request you to first upgrade the Collector.
How am I able to upgrade if I can't get to the login?
Since you mentioned that accessing the Skyline times out, do we notice the Red Banner " No Networking Detected. Please login and run the command /opt/vmware/share/vami/vami_config_net to Reconfigure the Network" when we login to Skyline console. Is the Skyline collector reachable on the network?
If not then we need to run the command /opt/vmware/share/vami/vami_config_net and update so that we can have the Skyline collector on the network.
Are we able to access the VAMI by logging into: https://skyline_collector_ip_address_or_fqdn:5480. If accessible then
Log in using the root username and password.
Click Check Updates.
If an update is available, click Install Updates.
