Hi All,
I am running a VM and the host is Windows Server 2012 R2. I noticed today that I have one of my virtual disks, which is a Thick provisioned, eagerly zeroed.
When I look at the disk under Windows, it shows it is 100% fragmented. It was my understanding that it is not recommended to run a defrag. My question is does anyone know is this is normal to see 100% fragmented reported in Windows and is it still not recommended to run any defrags? None of my other disks show this. Just this one. Thanks.
