We've recently upgraded our UAG to version: 3.8 and migrated from RADIUS authentication to Azure MFA. Everything is working fine but our users are required to provide their login credentials twice.
We had the same issue when using RADIUS but the UAG had the option: Enable Windows SSO that when enabled automatically passed the credentials from the first login. Unfortunately, this option isn't available when using Azure MFA.
Has anyone else been able to resolve this issue? Or is this expected behavior that we'll need to train our users to accept?
