Unable to control the VM being deployed.

I have VMs that cannot be reconfigured and destroyed.

There is no way to stop them processing, nor is there a reason why they are not completed.

Is there a way to stop this or view the log for the operation?

As I answered you in your other thread, you may have to force delete these from the database. As for logs, you'll have to crawl through a probably very large set of general vRA logs to see more info.
