The Horizon Helpdesk Agent looks pretty slick compared to the web administrator UI.
But what I was most looking forward to was more details on the individual sessions.
I am finding that if I click the box to the left of a session then right click that session
it gives me the option to choose Show Details. Aha! But then disappointingly, when I
click on Show Details absolutely nothing further happens.
The session I've tested is using blast protocol. Any thoughts on why the movie stops
just as it's getting to the best part???
