i wan to make a upgrade of my VCP exam, but when i make the exam it was register with another account that is no longer in use, i have a new account jackelinecolindres@gmail.com, who can help me , so that my VCP exam appears in my new account? thank you!

Hi,
If your account is no longer valid, you cannot access your Vmware profile with that account and therefore you cannot make the changes on your own. The only thing left is to call Vmware Support and explain to them what you want to change.
