I have installed windows server 2012 ,now i have this error "module disk early power on failed"

Please how I can fix it

I already deleted the .lck file.

I really need the data from the disk.

I hope, you can help me.

please open a new discussion, and post a complete list of files in the VM's folder, i.e. the output of dir d:\1_work\bmWP1\*.* to see how it currently looks like, and what can be done.

Btw. is drive 😧 an internal, or external (e.g. USB disk) drive.

I found a solution. I used the tool vmware-vdiskmanager.exe on my vm disk and it worked.
