Are you running Nested ESXi virtualization? http://www.running-system.com/nested-esx-6-7-no-host-is-compatible-with-the-virtual-machine/

Are you using any Graphics card vGPU (e.g. Nvidia Grid) in the VDI machine?

Hi Ram,

Two things I can think of:

1. Try to reduce the compute resources of the master image (e.g. 4 CPU to 2 CPU and 8 GB RAM to 4 GB RAM) and try to provision the machine again.

2. Check the OS descriptor of the OS version https://vdc-download.vmware.com/vmwb-repository/dcr-public/da47f910-60ac-438b-8b9b-6122f4d14524/16b7...

Can you put parent image on each host and turn it on using the snapshot your using for the pool?
