No Mate, I ma not using the nested ESXI virtualization.
and the infra is it is just a LAB. and one ESXI, one Vcenter, one DB, One connection server, One Master Image, one VIDM Server and one VIDM connector.

Two things I can think of:
1. Try to reduce the compute resources of the master image (e.g. 4 CPU to 2 CPU and 8 GB RAM to 4 GB RAM) and try to provision the machine again.
