I have found alot to try but none of it is working for me at the moment. We are on horizon 6.2.3, vmtools was 10.1. I updated my parent image to vmtools 10.2.5 and my end users began reporting a problem at the disclaimer page where the mouse jumps to the right and they can't click 'ok' (space bar works) Found sometime later some other seemingly display issues so i rolled my image back to 10.1. Recently i found after windows updates the tools got updated again so i figured i would look into this harder. I've found some forums where the resolution is registry changes, these are the teridici forums for the zero clients ast well as vm forums for my windows boxes

Windows 10: Fall Creators Build 1709 Experiences
None of this has worked and it seems to be all I am finding. On my test i'm going to update the agent to 6.2.7 and try to repair tools but any further thoughts are appreciated.
So far updating the agent settings to 6.2.7 with tools 10.2.5 has resolved my issue. Hopefully it remains.

In case anyone else is searching for this issue, I wanted to share my experience.
We just rolled out Horizon 7.6 with VMTools 10.3.5 on our Win7 & Win 10 pools.
We noticed that our Dell/Wyse 5040 devices running the updated ThinOS 8.6_013 code had the mouse cursor disappear when hovering over test fields.
The setting above, resolved the issue.
John,
Which setting? The entire thread in the OP? My View Admin is experiencing mouse jumping issues on Dell WYSE 5470 AIO 24" devices. Any direction would help greatly.
Environment:
Horizon: View 7.8
WinOS: Windows 7
Firmware: 8.6_024
Horizon Pack: horizon.i386.pkg-V5.0.53374 (Horizon v5.0)
Yes, try all of the settings.
You can do it on the fly in one a single horizon desktop session. Just disconnect and reconnect after you make the change.
VMWare Tools version 10.3.10 addresses some mouse issues. Maybe this is related to your issue?
Mouse cursor issues in Windows VMs with multiple monitor displays.
In Windows VMs with multiple monitors, mouse cursor has the following issues:
Mouse cursor disappears, when:
The cursor is on the the left monitor(s). The cursor animation works only when the cursor is on the right most monitor.
The cursor is moved within some 3rd party applications.
There is transition from one cursor to another.
The software is busy.
Mouse cursor flickers or blinks.
Mouse cursor jumps towards the corner of monitor frequently.
Mouse cursor movements are sporadic and slow inside VMs.
This issue is fixed in this release.
