Please help VM will not funtion - Windows 10 1903 and Workstation 12.5.9. If not Workstation 12 will Workstation 15 work on Windows 10 1903?

According to https://kb.vmware.com/s/article/2129859, the Windows version that you're asking for is supported with VMware Workstation 15.x.
