cannot enable hibernation on Mac host / win 10 client

Hi,

Running VMWare Fusion 11.51. Mac Host, Win 10 guest. I want to enable fast startup in Win 10. To do this, I need to enable hibernation in Windows. When I try

powercfg /hibernate on

from a elevated command prompt, it says

The system firmware does not support hibernation.

Is there a setting somewhere I need to change in Fusion to allow this?

I have a similiar issue. May MAC is not wakeing up again if WIN10 VM is running at the time it is going to sleep mode.
