Assign a new signature via Powercli

I want to add new storage on a esxi host with the mount option for the VMFS to be assign a new signature. I want to use it Powercli vs the GUI

I am reviewing the New-Datastore parameters and I don't see an option to have it set

New-Datastore -VMHost $ESXIhost -Name $VMFS_Datastore  -Path $CanoicalName -vmfs

Am I missing something? If I run it in the GUI will I be able to see it a log file with those cmdlets?

Yes, from Resignature a VMFS Datastore Copy "When resignaturing a VMFS copy, ESXi assigns a new signature (UUID) to the copy ..."
